We'll help you simplify your home so you can make the most of your space, making it more practical and therefore peaceful! We want you to be hands-on and involved, so you can learn and execute the new improvements we implement.

We recommend giving 4-6 months to complete every room of your home. Think of our service as a friend coming over to lend a helping hand and offering friendly advice along the way.


Here's how we go about doing it: 

1. Sort your items into categories. 


2. Make sure the area is clean. 


3. Revise (for most spaces, this means walking you, the client, through the sorted categories to discard, donate or assign a new home). 


4. Create a space plan (prioritising based on the client's lifestyle) and a containment system (client aesthetic preference). 


5. Always, Always, Label.




How Does It Work?

1. Consult - Once deposit has been received, please email us at hello@sageandcoaustralia.com.au with photos of the space you require assistance with. Please indicate when you'd like to be contacted. We'll talk about your requirements (lifestyle, pain spots, goals, aesthetic preferences, and budget) and the best product selections for your space. It is common for us to bring in 2-3 times the amount of product that we would use in your space. This provides us with all of the options we'll need on project day to create a unique appearance and fit for you (we will take away any unused items). 


2. If the client makes changes to the appointment time within 24 hours of the allocated time, a credit will be issued.


3. We love hearing about our client's aesthetic preferences. We'll do everything to give you the appearance you want whilst only adding products that improve efficiency or maximise space. We will schedule your project day and begin sourcing necessary materials after we have a clear view of the goals for the area and the product required. Any non-Sage and CO Australia products purchased are subject to client permission and budget and will be billed prior to purchasing. If you require us to shop and buy the products for you this time will come off the 4 Hour fee.  


4. A fee of $350 will cover a 4-hour home visit.(this also includes planning and sourcing products) During this time, we will focus solely on your selected space and/or brainstorm ideas for other selected parts of your home to tackle.

Service Rates
4 Hour Service = $350 Includes; Travel within 30km, Planning, Preparing, Light Cleaning, FREE basic labels, Helping you sell items if needed, Decluttering, Organising, Implementing functional systems that are easy to maintain.  
Organiser = $75 Per Hour after the initial 4 hour Service 
Travel Fees Apply for areas over 30km from postcode 2750. This is charged at 50c per KM to and from

How Do You Decide What To Throw Away? 

We will assist you in making these choices. We will not discard anything until you have made a formal choice to do so.  
 
We ask questions to assist in making these selections.  
 
When was the last time you used it?  
Are you going to use it again?  


Do you make purchases for me? How much does it cost?

If that's what you want, we can do it! We can handle all product shopping for you. We do our best to estimate what products will be needed.  
 
Another option is you can choose to buy your own things or keep and re-use what you already have. 


Is it necessary for me to be present while you organise? 

Yes, for the initial decluttering stage we will need you to decide on what to keep. We believe it's good to be hands-on to help with the maintenance process; however, we understand you may wish to relax and let someone else take care of it for you.    

We will require your assistance throughout the beginning when judgments will be made about which items to discard. 

After that, we'll get to work on the rest. 


How many hours should I arrange?

The size of the space/area will determine this. We will give you an estimate of how long your space will take (this is always an estimate).  

We always recommend starting with our four-hour service. A large pantry can take up to 6 - 8 hours to complete as a general rule.
