Where is Sage n Co. based?
We are based West of Sydney, Australia. 
 
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Please allow up to 2-4 days for your order to be processed, and be mindful that this time can increase during busy periods, sale periods, or public holidays.
 
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We will always strive to have your parcel to you as quickly & safely as possible
. Also, please be aware that during busy peak seasons/sales delivery times may vary. 
 
AUSTRALIA
Please note this is an indication only, and please allow extra time during busy holiday periods, unpredictable weather events, public holidays or when we have sales.
NSW/VIC - 3-6 Business days.
SA/TAS/NT - 4-7 Business days.
WA - 7-14 Business days.
 
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes, you are welcome to collect your order from our Kings Park, NSW from our collection point. We will contact you via SMS or Email once your order is ready. Pickup times from Kings Park are Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm. Please respond to our email or SMS when you would like to pickup so that we can make sure someone is here for you. If you require an urgent order and are local to Western Sydney, please email us at hello@sageandcoaustralia.com.au and we will try our hardest to have your order available as soon as possible.
 
What happens if my order hasn't arrived yet?
If there is an issue with your order, please contact the shipping provider directly and quote the tracking details provided. They will be able to offer you an update; if you require additional assistance or support, please email us.
 
Can I update my postage address after already making my purchase?
We can update your address if your order hasn't been dispatched already. Please get in touch with us immediately if you require it to be changed and avoid your parcel being sent sending your package to the incorrect address.
